Chicken, Cream of Mushroom and Frozen Vegetables Crock Pot Recipe

Ingredients
One can of cream of mushroom
Half cup of milk (I used almond milk)
Piece of Frozen Chicken
Half Bag of Frozen Vegetables

Put in crock pot for 8 hours on low of 4 hours on high.  Serve over rice.
