We are trying to have less meat in our diets. This is one of the dinners that we have been having. We love those baked potatoes from Wendy's. Do you know you can "bake" potatoes in the microwave? We prefer them in the oven. 1 hour at 350. Then we cook the beans in the microwave in a bowl for 2 minutes, and the broccoli for 4 and dinner is ready. This is a good meal to have on hand.
