Tree Wall Decal for Nursery

I was so excited to finally receive the wall decal that was on my gift registry!  The decal came in 4 pieces.  With some help from my husband we applied it right to the wall.  Took about a half hour.  The directions said that it can be removed with a hair drier.  Hopefully we don't have to do that for a little while because I love it! I purchased the decal from Amazon.  Someone wrote on the comments that you can take it off with a hair drier.  I like that idea if I would like to ever decorate again.

30 Week!

Cravings:  Caffeine and Sugar.  Trying to stay away from both of them.

Energy:    Sleepy!  I can sleep for 12 hours at night and still be tired in the morning.  I am trying to go for short walks to wake me up.

Weight Gain: 16 pounds.  Down one from 2 weeks ago.

Baby Movement
: She moves when I lay down.  Also sometimes when I am driving.  Also, I can just feel her body in certain places sticking out.

Surprises?: My feet and hands are really swelling.  No wedding rings for this girl.

To Do: After the showers are over pick up a couple things.  Put all the nursery stuff together, can't wait!

Map Art

This weekend I created this map art for the nursery.  I had a free PA map from my DMV.  My Mother-In-Law gave me the frame.  I then tracked out the images from a template I found online.  The maps of each person are where we are from, including Lock Haven for our little baby girl. I am happy with how it turned out.

She's Ready To Pop Baby Shower

This past weekend was my baby shower!  We had a "She's Ready to Pop" theme complete with pop corn, cake pops, balloons, and cookie pops.  Everyone had an amazing time.  Thanks for everyone's help, thoughts, and kind gifts! Here are some more pictures from the baby shower.

Baby Room Progress

As you can see I am making some progress on the nursery.  We had our first baby shower this weekend and were pretty lucky!  Between coworkers, friends, and family, we definitely have enough to get started as first time parents!  Everyone was very helpful with all of their comments too! One step closer to holding our baby in our arms!

Maroon 5

28 Weeks

Cravings:  Dark Chocolate!  I could eat bags of candy if they were in front of me.  I only did this twice so far ;).

Energy:    Tired! Yawn!  Working, going to Grad School, getting the house ready, and trying to have a social life is difficult.

Weight Gain: 17 pounds.  I feet are feeling it!

Baby Movement
:She is moving alright!  Usually when I wake up, around 9, then in the evening.  I am starting to like the feeling.  My husband gets pretty excited about it too.  This morning we hugged and the baby kicked.  He asked if it was the baby and I said yes :).  How else would I make my stomach move like that? :)

Surprises?: My belly button is pretty flattened out.

I new I would be going to the bathroom many times a day but not this many!

When I wash my hands in warm water they feel so good.  I guess they are sore too!

To Do: Attend baby showers :).  Sounds like a great time to me.  Awesome friends and family, and great food!
