How Do You Organize Your Catan Pieces?

My husband, friends, and I love playing Settlers of Catan!  After buying may sets we decided to combine many of the pieces to fit in a couple boxes.  This way we can carry this small box to our favorite coffee shop with no problem.  

How do you organize your Settlers of Catan and expansion pack pieces?
