Wood Walk in Closet System Planning - Lundia

As you may know, last year we bought a new house.  One thing the house did not have was any closet organization.  The closets were empty when we moved in. So as we moved in we used what we had but it was not enough.

I looked at many different products on the market.  Many of them were made from particleboard and not real wood.  Lundia USA products are made from real wood.  That means no formaldehyde in a small space in my home.  Perfect!

I found their website at http://www.lundiausa.com/closet_systems.htm .  I sent them the dimensions of my closet by measuring each side with a tape measure.  I then told them about my project including the size, hanging space, shelves, and drawers I wanted.  I added the color and drawer pull style.

They then sent pack these beautiful drawing of my closet with suggested components and price.  This drawling really put everything together.  I was excited to see something and not just the box of a walk-in closet that I had.

Getting this system will making putting clothes away and finding them much easier.  My clothes should also be less wrinkled.

Choosing the shelf and hanging space is individual to everyone.  My husband and I don't hang many of our clothes and prefer them laying on the shelves.  That is why we choose more shelf space.

The items were delivered on a pallet.  I started taking the boxes apart and started assembly. We started by putting together the frames.  Then we added the hang bars, shelves and drawers.   All this can be seen on the video below.  Each pieced was nicely painted and high quality.  After reading directions, my husband and I quickly put the bars, shelves, and drawers together. We are very happy with the finished product.  We will use this system daily and love the closet organization for years.

The Recom group gave me a discount on this item in exchange for a review of their products.  All opinions are my own.
